Okay, if you are a muti fan, but do not want to get your pretty little mouse fingers dirty with code, the new version will include muti, Denis Bernardy the author is testing the beta version of the next release of this nifty social bookmarking plugin for WordPress and could use some help.

Telkom Social Media – uhm that’s ironic :-)
Telkom Media – Riding The New Wave – Tyler Reed
Telkom Media said that Online Communities is a key element of their planned online service offering. This includes social networking, news, photos and video communities.
I would really love to see how they get this right. Maybe I am being too critical but…
same here, me thinks TR is right. Telkom has all the bits and pieces, somehow though they just never get put together properly.
Take the recently re-designed online accounts service’s interface. At a glance it looks ver sleek – but, with Telkom there’s always a ‘but’ somewhere :-)…

Easily add different links (e.g. Muti) to Bookmark Me Plugin for WordPress
Get the Semiologic Bookmark Me plugin for WordPress, install as per instructions and check that it works.
Open the sem-bookmark-me.php file and admire the neat code – no seriously – one look at the code told me we could do this without breaking a sweat or your blog for that matter.
(If you don’t have Dreamweaver or some other web editor or ftp job installed, in the WordPress admin area go : Manage >> Files, scoll down to the ‘Other Files’ block and enter ‘ wp-content/plugins/sem-bookmark-me/sem-bookmark-me.php’ in the text box provided and click ‘edit’. Make the changes described below and click ‘Update File’ to save it when you are done.)
Discover the Enneagram
The enneagram is a remarkably usefull and stimulating system – provided one gets past the temptations of pigeonholing. My good friend Raymond offers this workshop. ![]()
The Enneagram is a map of self-discovery that helps people see themselves as they really are so that they can allow their best selves to break through. The personality types of the Enneagram identify the chief features of our inner landscape and maps a way that points to what lies beyond our personalities.
Photograph: Cirque du Soleil – acrobat shot
We got to see 15mins of Cirque du Soleil at the awards evening at ad:tech San Francisco. Stunning!

This is one of the pictures that has me pretty pleased with my little Sony Cybershot, there was very little light and the acrobat was moving.
Ebay + Stumble Upon = a Big Deal ?
eBay has taken the idea of supply chain efficiency off the scale. Now add to eBay one very popular discovery engine with in depth profiling intelligence, and you have the makings of something truly impressive, almost scary.
BlogKits pays Bloggers 10c per click
From our CEO:
…During the last week we’ve been running reports that have indicated overwhelmingly to us that sites running the ’support this blog’ line of ads that were initially the cornerstone of BlogKits ads – are not making money. That’s right – Aside from the higher volume traffic sites and lucky bloggers running campaigns like FreeDebtAssessment.com most bloggers running ads with ’support my blog’ on them have NOT been making money. Google 1 / BlogKits 0This however is NOT YOUR PROBLEM. You run the ads and you deserve to get paid for them. So read on…
Drugs, Discipline, Tantrums and civilized parenting
Let’s call it ‘Progressive Parenting Protocols’… just to make it sound slightly techy, but its a lot more humanistic than all that – and she has a pretty good reputation.
Je’anna has been getting into Aletha Solter’s books and is very very impressed and excited by them – which means its definitely not everyone’s cup of tea :-)
We are going to her Johannesburg workshops, I’ll do the discipline one on Saterday and Je’anna will do the tantrums.

Some Ends and Odds of SEO
ITWEB’s new publication ByteSize, inaugural edition (March 2007) features a nice short and sweet introduction to SEO on page 98, geared like the rest of the publications smartly at the SME context. It closes with a url for a Forrester report based on interviews with 20 companies, including Avenue A | Razorfish.
(ByteSize is a pretty decent piece of work, love the cover which is one of the most successful uses of spot varnishing I’ve seen in a while. It features a goldfish leaping out of its bowl, lime green title-typography on a rich blue background. Excellent job, even with the typo in the article on IPV6 on page 146 :-))
One look at that Forester report will make most mere mortals mouth that mystical magic word involuntarily – ‘OUTSOURCE…’, Continue reading
