Kaganof is something else. Apparently not satisfied with shooting a Glock 19, he goes and shoots ‘SMS SUGAR MAN‘, the first 35mm film to be shot entirely on a cell phone camera.

Apart from being a ‘one-man-publicity-machine’ to quote Catherine Henegan with whom he created ‘The Shooting Gallery‘ (spotted a theme yet?), Kaganof is a novelist, poet, fine artist, film maker, he drives a 1966 Valiant 200, has three cats and produces a fucking amazing art blog, the kagablog.

So when he invited me to contribute to his blog I didn’t see any options in the mater because:
A. my work would be in some great company, a few examples of which I’ll cross post here in the near future, and
B. there is the matter of the Glock…

So yours truly has made his first appearance here on kagablog, I thought a self portrait would be a nice opening item.

Like I mentioned earlier, I’m going to post links to some of my favourite pieces on the kagablog from here. And no, the art we are talking about here is not quaint romantic oil-colour renderings of Kosmos flowers in a vase, just so you don’t say I didn’t warn you.
