Patience is definitely not one of my talents.
I tried to registering to take the online Clifton Strengths Finder but the ID printed on the cover of my ‘now, discover your strengths’ book does not work. I’ve tried in both IE and Firefox to no avail.
Yes, it’s a brand new book and I scratched off the scratch-to-reveal all by myself.
After entering the code on the site I was presented with a login screen asking for a username and password, no registration confirmation, nothing. My guess is the number ID number has somehow already been used. I’m pretty sure its not a P.E.B.C.A.C. issue…
I submitted an online help request about a week ago as well as an email but haven’t heard anything yet, not even an acknowledgement of the help request :-(
Though sending a help request to The Gallup Organization did produce an automated response promising another response within 2 business days.
Oh dear. Guess I’ll , uhm, uhm, yup I’ll wait.
Update:
Received two emails this morning, one from clifton strengthsfinder help, trying to figure out why/how the id no had been previously used, and one from the Gallup Organization with a new code, which worked! Yay!
