I managed to get to the BDSM pub moot at Cool Runnings Café’s dungeon on Wednesday for a cool and comprehensive rundown on suspension play theory, tips, tricks, to-dos , not-to-dos and of course ropes gadgets accessories and such.
Turns out the dude presenting the talk is a old friend from way back when. Really kewl guy, he used to date the pretty unique chick who lived in lace-up doc martins, docs that went up to her knees (I could shower, get dressed and have breakfast in the time it took her to lace up those monsters ;-), who I was once roommates with back in the days of ‘the whitehouse’ commune.
Go figure :- )

Anyway the collarme.co.za community’s Gauteng X-mas play party is coming up on the 15th December. Just bought my ticket and thus have a good excuse to get into leathers in December :- )
Speaking of things related to masochism, I’m busy coding a pretty extensive hack to automate a tedious DTP design process via Visual Basic for Applications in Corel Draw. Talk about psychological trauma, but more about that at some other point in the not too distant future.
