(As reported on ITWeb by NICOLA MAWSON)Apparently the chairman, hemorrhoids Mr Lucky Masilela (his face inserted on their site’s splash graphic) blames systems errors.

Sorry, when the organisation whose job it is to develop South Africa “into an ICT knowledge-based society” claims system errors, one has to wonder if these aren’t good old ‘P.E.B.C.A.C. issues’.
