I am grateful for the last year and everything it brought. Not that I particularly liked all of it, some of the challenges the year produced, particularly in one critical work relationship left a bit of a sour aftertaste. But in the long-run such titbits become, when lightly doused with a touch of creative philosophy, useful quality control experiences. Nothing quite like a little discord, to illuminate the fragile parameters of- and the importance of-, coherence, ethically and organisationally.
Béo is just over 8kg now, not bad for just over four months. Looks like we have a thrush infection (Candidiasis) to deal with again, :- ( Sleeping pattern has gone for a ball of wax, think all three of us now have rings under our eyes and not from seasonal festivities or indulgences. (Just got barrage of homeopathic remedies from Mary, everyone is already feeling better. I fact Béo gave me his critical approval of at least the first half of U2′s H.T.D.A.B) I wish there was a way to put across in words the really amazing and wonderful stuff, perhaps impossible, at least with my meagre command of the English language. Let’s just say life rocks.
In which-ever way you plan to, celebrate the end of this year, the beginning of 2006, both or neither, may our transition into 2006 mark a journey into a time space of significance, everyday elegance, and intimate truth.
