I moved the Technorati code thread to the bottom of the index.php template file, especially from slower places it seemed to bottle-neck transfer where I had originally placed it in the footer file.
I’ve also down-sampled the images displayed in ‘posts’ to 450px width with links to larger ‘naked’ versions.
